Yes! Many clients start with Diagnose, then move to Treat for implementation, and eventually Reconstruct for long-term strategy. We can discuss a combined approach tailored to your needs during our discovery call.

4. What is your process like?

Every engagement starts with a discovery call to understand your needs. Then:
Diagnose: 1-2 week audit with prioritized recommendations
Treat: 2-3 weeks including audit + implementation of 2-3 fixes
Reconstruct: 4-6 weeks including research, strategy development,
and 90-day roadmap.
All projects include regular check-ins and revision rounds.

Timeline depends on scope and complexity. A Brand Audit typically takes 2-3 weeks. A full Brand & Communications Strategy takes 4-6 weeks. I'll give you a clear timeline during our discovery call based on your specific needs and how quickly you can provide inputs (brand materials, stakeholder interviews, etc.).

13. DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM PROJECT SIZE?

Minimum engagement is typically a Brand Audit or full Brand & Communications Strategy. It's a 45-minute conversation where I ask questions, listen, and assess what's really going on. By the end, you'll have clarity on where the problems are — and I'll know whether and how I can help.

My diagnosis of your situation, the recommended approach, scope of work, timeline, and investment. Think of it as your prescription — what I recommend and what it costs.

18. How do payments work?

50% deposit to kick off, 50% on completion. I'll send you a contract and invoice before we start — nothing begins until both are signed and the deposit is paid.

19. What do you need from me?

Great. Bring it to the consultation. I'll review it and tell you honestly whether it needs refining, rebuilding, or if you're good to move straight to execution.

23. What if I need to pause or cancel a project?

Life happens. If you need to pause, we'll discuss timeline adjustments. Cancellations are handled per the contract terms — typically, work completed is billed, and unused deposits are refunded.
